Pheelz, also known as Pheelz Mr Producer, is a Nigerian record producer, songwriter and sound engineer. He is known for producing hit songs for various Nigerian artists, particularly in the hip-hop and afrobeat genres. We will be discussing his biography, net worth age and more.


Pheelz whose real name is Philip Kayode Moses, is a native of Ogun state, and was born in Jankande Ajangbadi Lagos, he lost his mother at a tender age, and his father was a pastor hence his ability to play musical instruments because he was playing them for his farher’s church, he attended Ideal Day Secondary School and was the best music student there.

Pheelz was born in Nigeria and started his music career as a teenager. He began by experimenting with music production and learning how to use various music production software. He quickly developed a reputation as a talented producer and began working with local artists and building a name for himself in the Nigerian music scene.


Immediately after completing his secondary education at Ideal Comprehensive High School Ajangbadi, he started his career as a Dj where he called himself DJ Phil, his breakthrough came when he met with I.D. Cabassa at a concert and was offered to work with him at Coded Tunes as a music producer which he has later rebranded to Pheelz the Mr Producer or Pheelz.

Back then in secondary school Pheelz always wanted to be a singer, he was a chorister in his church then due to his love for music.

in 2012, Pheelz released his first single titled Hustle. He went on to release several other songs afterwards but these songs didn’t receive the widespread recognition as had would have wanted. In 2021, he released an extended play project (EP) titled Hear Me Out through Empire Distribution.  

His music career came into the limelight when he teamed up with BNXN to release a banger song titled “Finesse”, which became a nationwide hit. Finesse spiked to 1 on the TurnTable Top 50 chart; number 131 on the Billboard Global 200; number 8 on the UK Singles Chart; and number 10 on World Digital Songs Sales. He then signed a record deal with Warner UK in March 2022.

Before the end of 2022, Pheelz teamed up with 30BG Boss Davido, to release another banger titled “Electricity”, which also topped several music charts. The latest song by Pheelz is Finesse with French Montana of Coke Boys.
